Cancellation requests received within 24 hours of your appointment, unfortunately, cannot be accommodated. In these cases, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are necessary to cover administrative costs and staff wages associated with securing your appointment time.

- Hair Condition: If your hair is excessively wet, tangled, or matted, this may require additional time and incur extra fees.
- Being Comfortable : Feel free to bring food, drinks, and any work equipment you may need for your appointment. You can also order food and drinks through services like Uber Eats.
- Appointment Privacy: To ensure a focused and relaxing experience, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. We understand that some clients have children; however, we recommend scheduling appointments for times when you can attend without them.
