Shipping and Returns for Sace Hair Extensions
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, all hair extension sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds on any hair extension orders. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange your hair extensions for a different shade.
Exchanges:
- We are happy to offer store credit for unopened and un-tampered hair extensions within 3 days of purchase.
- To initiate an exchange, please call us on +61 483 348 897 (WhatsApp) with your order number and the reason for your exchange request.
Education Policy:
- Due to the nature of educational purchases, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided. Attendance at the scheduled sessions is mandatory. Please note that dates may be subject to change at the discretion of SACE Studio based on attendance and other priorities, and this policy also precludes any refunds.
Shipping:
- We offer standard shipping on all hair extension orders.
- In-stock hair extensions typically ship same day with collection in person available.
- All other shades or lengths require additional processing time and may take 2-3 weeks or longer to ship. Unfortunately, delays due to customs or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
Tracking:
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.
